Although San Francisco is a difficult market with a complex competitive environment, she was able to help us find something that corresponded to our needs and to guide and advocate for us throughout the offer and closing process. Her expertise and support at every step were instrumental for us to win the deal within a price that we were confident was realistic for the property. She provided very useful analysis of comparative properties that helped us understand the valuations and see the property we were interested in from many perspectives. Anastasiya also engaged and recommended other expert resources to help us answer any outstanding issues we needed to investigate, all within a very compressed timeframe. Her knowledge of the market, contacts and resources were extremely valuable. The confidence we had in her integrity and professionalism enabled us to work together as a team to get the right outcome. We certainly would engage her again if the opportunity arises, and recommend her to other potential real estate buyers without hesitation.

    About two months ago I began my search for a new condominium to purchase. To make the long story short, I went through two agents before I decided to hire Anastasiya. She was so great, and I felt so comfortable working with her. She was so knowledgeable when it came to prices and negotiating. She really put my interest ahead of her commission. She accompanied me to every single appointment, and I never felt that my interest was in jeopardy with hers. She really had no problem writing multiple contracts and presenting my offer price and negotiating strongly on my behalf. We went through two bidding processes before I found my condo and she never pressured me during the bidding process. During the closing process, she took care of everything, and most importantly, she made sure that my financing and inspection contingencies remained in place. Anastasiya had a very proactive role during the closing process, and she made sure the closing process occurred on the agreed date. I highly recommend Anastasiya as the perfect real estate agent for anyone who is looking to buy a home in the Bay Area.
